I enjoy reading personal growth and self-help books. Whenever someone highly recommends a book (or I come across one at a bookstore that catches my eye), I add it to my collection.
I enjoy reading personal growth and self-help books. Whenever someone highly recommends a book (or I come across one at a bookstore that catches my eye), I add it to my collection.
I started off enthusiastic. Granted, I was a little nervous being a newbie, but I felt motivated. I had to get used to the warm up drills and calisthenics. After running several laps around the room, we formed two lines to do warm up movements. In the beginning, these drills were a little unsettling to me. I don’t consider myself out of shape, but it was a challenge trying to keep up and catch my breath.
I like challenging myself and trying new things. At times, I will try new activities by myself. Attempting something for the first time can be a little frightening because of the fear of the unknown. You don’t always know what to expect. Sometimes the hardest thing is just showing up.

Painting is an outlet for expression and creativity. It is something I really enjoy doing, but I don’t do enough of it.
