A COVID Wedding

No one person will be able to meet every single one of your emotional needs, every single time. That’s why it’s good to have a support system of friends and family you can lean on. But even then, there will be times when you’ll need to be able to self-soothe.
After visiting many bridal shops, trying on countless gowns, as well as looking online, I finally said, "yes to the dress." The search was over. Or was it?
I've been thinking about unfriending people on Facebook for my own well-being. In all the years I've been on there, I have unfriended a person or two. I didn't like how it felt when it happened to me, so I haven't done it since.
In my friend Cheli’s Inspired Mondays post, “Ego Vs. Creativity,” she advises, “Don’t be your own obstacle.” She also explains how “the Ego thrives on labels” and how it "ultimately ‘dumbs’ down authentic self expression and creativity.”
