Working from home has its benefits – no doubt. From no commute to flexibility, productivity and convenience. It has become ever more popular and common since COVID. It may not be for everybody though. Depending on who you ask they may love it. As someone who has worked remotely before, I prefer going into an office and seeing people in person.

Or how uplifting and inspiring it is to hear about acts of kindness or to be around people who laugh and have a grateful attitude? Likewise, being exposed to the news or to someone who constantly complains, has a pessimistic outlook, or is mean-spirited feels draining.

Unfriending Facebook Friends

I've been thinking about unfriending people on Facebook for my own well-being. In all the years I've been on there, I have unfriended a person or two. I didn't like how it felt when it happened to me, so I haven't done it since.
